good book on gcc / g++

I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for a good book on how to program with gcc / g++. I have been programming c++ for a while now, but I started using Linux primarily about a year ago. I am still programming under Windows, sad I know, I was looking for a good book on using gcc and gdb. I want to stop using visual c++ 6, I have kdevelop, but I would really like a good book or some references on how to use the Linux tools. If any of you have made this similiar transition or know of a good book ( or website ) I would appreciate any comments. Thanks so much everyone.

I've only seen one book on the GNU compilers,
and thought it sucked :}

Use the man pages, find an on-line tutorial.

I've read a book called C++ for GNU(Or something like that). It was by Tom Swan, and was a good book. Try to search for it, but I have not heard about that for some time...
