GNU GPL and System()

My program uses the system("cls"); command/function (It's for DOS/Win, Linux versions come after it has been thoroly tested) Because it needs non-free stuff to work (properly) does it not comply with GPLv3?
A line in the FAQ went "executes a system command (from a command line you've written)." and the way it specifically said "you have written" it made me a little nervous about realeasing my program under it. Can anyone help clear this up?

I don't think the GPL would cause any problems when one program simply causes another program on the system to run, which is what you're doing with system("cls"). Also, cls is distributed with all copies of Windows and DOS and therefore would probably be allowed under the system library exception even though it's not really a library.
