Getting more screensavers

I realize this is an extremely basic question-- how do I add more screensavers? After trying other distros like suse and debian, I installed Mepis 2004.06. I noticed a number of the default screensavers, like Glmatrix said "not installed" in the preview area. I know these came on the cd, so how do I install them to my harddrive?

apt-get kscreensaver-xsavers

"KDE hooks for standard xscreensavers
This package allows a smooth integration of the standard xscreensavers
into KDE. With this package installed you can select and/or configure
the standard xscreensavers through the Appearances and Themes section of
the KDE Control Centre."
this may help
