gdict server???

gdict needs me to give some server and port number... where can i get the server and port number ? the default setting do not work, as I get not able to connect to server messages...

gdict.org does not work... it says server not found... Since I am under a firewall, and we have a proxy server setting to connect to the internet, are there some other server setting needed...

Secondly is there someother dictionary that I can install so that I dont have to depend on external server, where the wordlists will be on my system...

In windowns we have wordweb or some such software...

Spose so, the DICT protocol uses a specific port I think.
Dictionaries for dict are available at the dict ftp mirror sites.
