yea, read the man pages, they are on the fvwm's web site ... here:

http://www.fvwm.org/documentation/manpages/stable/

and heres a big help to :

http://xwinman.org/fvwm.html

look at the last example : heres a link to its config :

http://xwinman.org/rc/fvwm2rc-taviso ... it explains kinda well, and shows how things are done, theres web links in there to go to for more info on certain things .. like the fvwm buttons module (a very good tutorial it tells you to go to for that)

There's a few places where you can look at screenshots and view the fvwm2rc files that produced them, which can be a help.

But ultimately, there's no real substitute for the encyclopedic man page.

One thing to bear in mind: When you write the rc file, comment it as fully as possible, so when you come back to edit it a few months later, you don't have to spend several hours trawling the man pages to work out what you did last time :)

Is there anything specific you're trying to do?
