Ftp command syntex


Hi,
I want to be able to log in from an xp machine to a linux ftp server in one CLI command :

this is what I wrote (I think I have a syntex problem: ftp -i host 192.168.1.10 user test letmein get ms.exe quit

please fix my syntex if i am wrong.

this has nothing to do with linux. whilst FTP commands are standardised ac part of FTP protocol, the parameters the windows executable accepts are up to microsoft. i'd suggest you checked their documentation for details of it's usage.
