This is fsck /dev/hda2 output;
Code:
fsck 1.40.2 (12-Jul-2007)

fsck: Error 2 while executing fsck.ntfs for /dev/hda2
This fsck /dev/hda4 output;
Code:
fsck 1.40.2 (12-Jul-2007)
fsck: fsck.ntfs: not found
fsck: Error 2 while executing fsck.ntfs for /dev/hda2
While booting output is the same as from /var/log/fsck/checkfs and option to press Ctrl D,when I do that it boots normaly,after boot XP partition is not mounted and FAT32 is.
What to do so that Ubuntu boots normaly?

This happened to me recently and it turns out to be another incarnation of my old debian foe: e2fsprog
Why it is acting up again, I don't know but it WAS a known bug - supposedly fixed several times but it did haunt me again. Try updating to the latest version of 2fsprog and it will also probably update tzdata.
Google e2fsprog and you will likely find a similar error output posted by someone. Most of the discussion of such is over my head but I know that just updating e2fsprog (and it brought along tzdata) it did fix it...for now...again
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install e2fsprog
should bring in the most recent pkg
BTW - you wouldn't happen to have an ASUS motherboard, would you? Seem the only other post I could find that can't shake this was ASUS too like me - duh, I see your setup posted, nevermind (about the MB, but do try the e2fsprog update

Reason: didn't read the hw
Thanks for the reply.As you can see,I have changed the distro,so I don't have that problem anymore,but I will check it out,because I'm interested in it.

Please keep it in mind if you do install deb or a derivative again. It does seem to be confined to such, am running PCLOS on the same machine and don't have that problem with it. My cure when I was running deb was to put it on reiserfs
