Question From SCO Unix 5.0.4 to Caldera Linux

I will be installing a new office accounting system in the next year.
We currently run SCO Unix 5.0.4 and will be changing to Caldera Linux. The accounting software we use is RealWorld ver 9.
There are 10 users typically on the system.

What should I be aware of? Is the right move?
