French Typing Question.

For a Linux user, is it possible to type in French using an ENGLISH Key board ?

As per this site, Windows users can do it:

Please assist. Thanks.

Sure.

It's possible generally, and particularly easy in
KDE. Go to controlcenter, Accesibility & Regional,
Keyboard Layout. Select your English & French
layout, and happily hop back & forth between
them using Ctrl-Alt-k.

Cheers,
Tink

I don't have KDE. Use VectorLinux 3.2. Just have ICEWM & XFCE.

Also DON'T have French Keyboard.
