Forward X / Steal a process

Hello all,

My question is the following :

Is it possible to forward the display of a application who is already running on another machine. For example, Gaim is running on my laptop, i ' ssh -X ' on it via my desktop and i want to display Gaim on the desktop without leaving Gaim

ThX in advance for all your answers

Stéphane
