Forward audio that should go/come to/from /dev/dsp to a pipe

Hi,

I want to send/get to/from the audio stream that should be in /dev/dsp to a pipe to make a direct connection between to programs. I want the audio output of the first one on the audio input of the second one. I want a solution that should not change the source code. Is it possible? If it is, how do I do it?

Which program is meant to be the source, which the target?

the source is the webphone linphone on console mode (linphonec), the target is a program that I created get this audio input and output and send to another computer in my network.
