Fluxbox <--> K-programs (KDE-apps), swedish char-problem

Hi!
First of all, I want to pardon my bad english...

I have used Linux (redhat 9) in about one year, I think is is great.
The other day, I decided to upgrade, and reinstall my system to Fedora C2, I also was curios about fluxbox, so I downloaded fluxbox and installed it.
The session I most have used before fluxbox is KDE, I think the apps in KDE is very good, and I am pretty familiar with K-program at the moment, and therefore I rather use K-program, as kwrite, kmail, konqueror... than emacs, evolution or nautilus. But I want to use fluxbox and this apps in it!

The problem:
I can use K-program in fluxbox! They are working quiet good actually, but, there are a main problem I cannot understand/solve... When I am using a K-program in fluxbox I cant use the swedish letters "å", "ä", or "ö" (a-ring, auml, ouml). Very disturbing...:mad:
(when I print "å" (a-ring), all I see is "2 spaces", or "2 empty boxes" (rectangular) )
But, the letters are working fine in other programs as aterm, emacs, firefox...
Copying the "2 spaces/boxes" from (ex) kwrite, kmail... to (ex) aterm gives the correct character... That is very odd.

I have searched on the internet about this problem, but no result.
Anybody have an idea?

Ps: (I have the same problem about the swedish characters in "licq" and "dcgui-qt" also... A wild guess would be that something is wrong about GUI(?) ) D.s
