Flash Player

I am running Mandriva Linux 2006 version. It is a 64 bit program. I am handicapped by not having a Flash Player. Some applications/websites need a Flash Player. Does anybody have a solution for me?

The following is not the correct one.

There *IS* no 64-bit flashplayer. Suse apparently has a reasonable solution
for integrating 32-bit apps into a 64-bit OS, Ubuntu uses chroot-jails, I
don't know what Mandriva does.

This is a hell of a problem for me. I am in very great disadvantageous position by using Linux. Many websites and programmes demand a Flash Player. I face this problem everyday.

I appreciate that (even though I don't have flash installed myself,
I must be using different sites from you ;} [and I don't know a single
program that demands flash]).

As I said: I have no clue how Mandriva goes about this - I'd suggest
reporting this thread and asking a mod to move it to the mandriva
forum here; chances that other 64-bit users will spot it and be able
to help would be higher there.

Cheers,
Tink
