If you do not have the kpersonalizerrc file in your normal user home directory (you DO have a "normal" user, you are NOT loggin in as root, RIGHT?
) , do a search for it by entering:
find / -n kpersonalizerrc
That will start the find program and it will start at the root directory and look in all subdirectories for a file named "kpersonailzerrc". Note all the instances of that file and in each instance add the text quoted above and save each file:
