Firefox problem: "a script in this movie is causing MM-Flashplayer7 to run slow"

Anyone had that?
It hangs firefox for a few seconds, then the error message appears and asks me if I want to stop the script. If I do it's back to normal... but it's a bit annoying.
On sites like throwawayyourtv.com or xenutv.com - any page that has embedded youtube-like videos give me this error. With the exeption of youtube itself. :?
Only started days ago.

Firefox version: 1.5.0.5
flashplugin-nonfree version: 7.0.63.3ubuntu3

This sais why it happens, but doesn't give a solution

Yeah, I got a similar error on Mandriva, Firefox 1.5.0.5, flash player 7. But it only happened with one movie (of the very few I've tried to view).

The site you referenced did give the solution. It says it is the fault of the producer, not your software. The producer produced a crappy video, so your browser has difficulty showing it.

putting it that way... :)
I initially thought it had something to do with a recent update.
I never got this error until days ago, and I visit throwawayyourtv.com rather regularly. But maybe it's just by chance.
Anywho, it's not That annoying.
