i want to block client mac address using iptables is it possible

iptables -I INPUT -m mac --mac-source XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX -j DROP
This can be combined with other options as well like --dport NN and/or -p protocol, whatever suits you.

Though, you should know its really easy to change mac addresses..
