File Deletion

I have a file of 0 bytes and a lock icone is appers with this file and I want to delete this empty file but system does not allow to delete and showing error file does not exists anymore.
With same situation I have some empty locked folders which also unable to deleted.
I login as "root".
Some one help me to delete these unnecessary files and folders.

Are you trying to this with some sort of file manager? In that case I recommend using the console (as root). Sometimes file managers have problems with certain file names.
