Question Figuring out what SCSI device my tape drive is on

Hello everyone!,
I was wondering if anyone could give me any information as to what device my tape drive is connected to. Its connected through a SCSI card, with the ID on the tape drive set to 5. I know for a fact that the tape drive is detected because I can see it in /proc/SCSI/driver . If anyone could give me any ideas it would be appreciated greatly!

Thanks,
Chris
