Fedora Mate/Compiz

I just installed Fedora 29 on my laptop. I did a fresh install from a previous version. When using Compiz I can't move my mouse to the edge to flip to the next side(Cube). I had this issue on a previous install but never messed with it. I figured a new install would probably fix it. I have Cube selected, Edge flip pointer checked. I can switch via the menu bar workplace switcher. What function am I missing I need to enable?
