I remember having a similar problem with one of the fc revisions and I am racking my brains to try and remember what
caused it. Have you tried unplugging everything except the keyboard and the monitor and seeing if it will boot?
Is it definately stuck or is just taking a long time. Have you tried leaving it like that for about 5 mins
to see if it progresses at all ?
Also is it a usb keyboard or a ps 2 keyboard ?

I think it is an issue with one of your usb devices given this thread on the fedora forum.

Try unplugging all usb devices and it will hopefully start up.
