Fedora 4 Issue with PHP not recognizing Upgrade to MYSQL

Hey all,
I'm new to this forum and already have a question. I recently upgraded to Fedora 4 and had php 5.0.8 and Mysql 4.0 installed. Both were working fine until I just upgraded to Mysql 5.0. Now my php installation isn't able to pick up the mysql set up. I tried running phpinfo and noticed it seems to be configured to without mysql support. Is there a way to reconfigure php in fedora so that it recognizes my new mysql 5.0 installation? I'm sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong forum. Any help on this matter is appreciated. Thanks.
