Fedora 14 doesn't have /etc/event.d folder

Fedora 14 uses Upstart during bootup process. However, when I "ls /etc/event.d", this directory didn't exist. Why is that?

I don't know why but it is a good reason to reevaluate your Fedora usage. 14 has been obsolete for some time now, 16 will be in a couple of days and 18 has been released very recently. Your choices are to either 0) install Fedora 18 from scratch and migrate your current settings and files or 1) change to a Linux distribution with a different release schedule.
