fat32
 

I am making a fat32 partionion which will be accessed by Slackware and Windows XP and have read that it is better to make the fat32 partition outside of windows XP because it does not do a very good job.
What should I make the fat32 partition with (its on a seperate 120 gig HDD), the old windows fdisk, linux fdisk, or something else.

I would do it with an old windows boot disk, and format from DOS!!
the best boot disk is one you can make from win98se!!
