Extract Here Submenu missing

I am not sure if this is specific to Mandriva, KDE, Konqueror or what. But, I just used the Mandriva One CD to upgrade my system and now the Extract Sub Menu (there were 4 different option) is missing.

I have Ark installed and see the Archiver option on the menu as well.

I loved the ability to right click an archive and just extract it. I do not want to fire up Ark and then extract it.

There are several kde 'kfile' and 'kio' plugin packages available, and I believe it comes in one of those. I'm not sure exactly which one it's in though, nor what they would be called in Mandriva.
