ext3 shown as fat32
mount:
/dev/hda1 on / type ext3 (rw)
fdisk:
/dev/hda1 * 1 523 4200966 b Win95 FAT32
hda1 WAS fat32, but i dd'd my linux system onto it, and am currently booted up on it as you can see... but the type still says fat32... eek!
any suggestions? is it at all safe to just change the type to ext? i'd normally assume that's about the most stupid thing to do in the world.. but i'm not sure now...
