ext3-fs error (device dm-0) ext3_lookup unlinked inode + gdm user on hard fail

Linux version=Oracle Enterprise Linux 5.4 64bit
My server had a hard failure on raid 1 and one of my hard got failed.
but on hard 2 linux is going up and got the following error:
ext3-fs error (device dm-0) ext3_lookup unlinked inode
and then a page :dgm user dose not exist.please corret gdm configuration and restart again.

what is wrong? what i must to do?
do i need to install OS again or i could recover this one?
