exim yes or not if i install qmail

I am going to install qmail among other aplications as apache, myql, oscommerce and probably a ftp server. I will do it on a Debain 3.0. I have doubts as what to do with exim when in the instalation of Debian yo are in some point that you get questions about exim. The instalator gives you 5 options htat i dont remember very well but go from install exim as a mail server to do not install.

I would like to know what should i do in my case. I read somewhere that qmail needs exim to work fine.

Qmail does not need exim to work. Both are smtp servers and will work independantly.

That is my idea.

So if you are familiar to Debian you may remember one of the last questions about exim wich is done when you install Debian 3.0.

Should i answear the 5th option wich is:

No configuration will be done now. Your mail system will be broken and not should be used. You must then do the configuration later ........

Is the 5th the right option?
