Numeracy means understanding how maths is used in the real world and being able to apply it… Numeracy is the ability to understand, reason with, and to apply simple numerical concepts.

So as you are experiencing difficulties with basic numeracy I will endeavour to explain the basic simple numerical concept relative to your post How kind is that?
Popularity is often expressed by numbers as here on our LQ forum. Just two of my popular topics posted one month apart have generated 4,000 views, and rising, or to use the modern idiom – clicks. I am genuinely humbled by this; so thanks Guys
These clicks please the advertisers on our LQ forum who in turn finance this very LQ forum based on number of clicks.
I would be nice if you, rather than just adding to my clicks here with every troll; you could create even one topic of your own that could attract such numbers or even half such numbers would be cool.

Most readers of my popular forum topics will instantly recognise the LQ clique who will post any cr4p and then other clique members will post as helpful.
Worse than one of Baldrick’s Cunning Plans in Black Adder – guess which distro they promote and tell Porky Pies about? Sorry - No prizes…? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AsXKS8Nyu8Q

Thanks for the lesson in numeracy. Now try to answer this simple question:
How many members have actually marked any of your posts as helpful?

Moderator Response

I am closing this thread since it is way off topic continually by members and has no value to <Linux-General>. I do suggest that if this discussion is wanted by other members then do so in <General>. I'm getting a headache reading this continue violation(S) of LQ Rules
