errors while handling sys_unlink

We are getting errors while we work on sys_unlink and error code returned is -2.

We would like to know how exactly the system call sys_unlink work.
We would also like to know how can we export this system call.

We would also like to know that if recompiling a kernel is similar to compiling the kernel.
