Error while moving items to trash
 

I seem to have lost permission to use my own trash bin. Whenever I try to delete anything via the GUI I get an error message that says:
I can delete fine at a command prompt but I can't write to my own trash bin. Not sure what I f**ked but it must have been good...

hi,
check directory permissions on trash. it must be
drwx------ of this form that mean only you have rwx thats it.
it its not like this then chmod 700 {trash directory}
