Grub is loss ?

Either GRUB or your filesystem is messed up.

You can easily reinstall GRUB.

How to Repair a Corrupt MBR and boot into Linux

Follow the directions for using Knoppix. Oh yeah download a copy of Knoppix if you dont already have one.
