There's the default Winamp rock presets, they should be about the same as the XMMS ones.

http://xmms.org/misc/winamp_presets.gz
This file contains all the stock Winamp equalizer presets.
Right click. Save as...
Save it to ~/.xmms.
Code:
ginzip ~/.xmms/winamp_presets.gz
Will unzip the file.
Code:
mv ~/.xmms/winamp_presets ~/.xmms/eq.preset
Will rename the file so that XMMS can recognize and use it.

there must be "winamp.q1" file in the winamp installation directory. Use xmms equalizer to import the presets by pointing to that file.
