Unhappy environment variable


dear friends
Hi
Pls help me solve my problem:

I set an environment variable this way:
export JAVA_HOME=/usr/jdk1.3/
and it works untill I restart my linux. When I reboot the system, my environment variable is disapeared. How can I keep my env. vars for always?

bash_profile

Hi

enter the line in bash_profile file and run

source bash_profile
