Enable mouse scroll click scrolling

I know the title doesn't make much sense so here it is. In internet explorer if you click the scroll button it allows you to use the mouse to scroll. Is there any way to do this in any of the linux browsers?

every browser i've used can scroll - it's mostly a matter of getting the mouse setup correct in the /etc/XF86Config file - and...

---ok... nevermind... just re-read your post. ummm... no, i don't think i've seen that in linux. it's a feature that is pretty program-dependant, and would need to be implemented in every separate prog. i always hated that scroll click when i used windows.

Its a feature of the mouse driver, I guess no one who writes mouse drivers for X liked it enough to code it in.

I guess if your used to it you like it.
