Enable ipv4 multicast

Hi,

I am compiling linux-2.6.31.8 kernel source code.
Able to compile the devinet.c files, but not able to compile the multicast routing code i.e ipmr.c and ip6mr.c.

IPv4 is enabled already.
But how to enable ipv4 multicast, ipv6 and ipv6 multicast in Makefiles.

Please let me know how to enable ipv6 and multicast flags in linux kernel makefile/config files.
