Now, I can't do all thing, because of the error " Too many open files in system".
So how can i reset it.

What made you do that?

Try booting by appending S or 1 to your kernel cmdline (starts with linu) in the Grub menu via the E key. If that fails boot, boot your installation media in rescue mode, or any live Linux media, mount the filesytem containing the bad file, and delete it using the rm command.

I solve it by reboot on VPS hosting console. And reset the file `/etc/sysctl.conf`.
I do this cause I misunderstand the `file-max` and `ulimit -n`. What a shame!
