Question EMACS first time


Starting to learn C++ and have use EMACS before but when
"Make -k filename.cpp ", I get back "Nothing to do with filename.cpp". Yes I am in the path. This most be trivial. Heeeeelp!

This might answer your question. I only do C not C++ but I suspect the compilation is the same.

Yes, It never occurred to me I could replace the "Make" command with the "gcc" at the EMACS editor. Did that and got back normal compilation errors for "filename.cpp". So I guess this is a start. Thanks
