Editing Linux Redhat CD's
 
Dear Friends,
i have somting up to my mind and it is a factor in my company
i want to add packages to redhat CD and want to substitue the used kenrnel with another kernel version so please i want to know

how to ?
1- create bootable Linux Redhat 7.3 installation CD. ( what is the bootable files)
2- substitute kernel-2.4.18-3 with kernel-2.4.18-5 during installation to be the default loaded kernel.
3- add another RPMS to the installation CDS

It's not as simple as popping different packages onto the cd. There is a proceedure to rebuild and here is one site to get you started. There probably are more to be found with google rebuild redhat .
