easy question.. need sshd and baffled

Hi,

I am trying to get the sshd daemon running on a machine that I have just set up.. I have installed openssl and the basic ssh application is running fine.

I connected to my local openbsd mirror and got this dazzling array of rpms - how do I ever know which one to go for?

The openssh prior 3.4 had a nasty bug in it, not even a moth but a huge disgusting cocaroach http://openssh.org/
So the link you have is pretty much contains vulnarable packages. So, instead of going to one particular mirror (I gues they didn't update ftp server due to compromise not that long ago, when openssh sources were trojaned). Visit ssh home page, and get the instructions and download link s from there

And one more question, what OS is going to have sshd daemon running?

I installed from source, set up the sshd priv user and started the daemon.. it's working just fine now.
