Hey, I have 2 hard drives on my computer, a smallish one and a big one...
I want to have Win98 on my smallish hard drive and Linux FC3 on the bigger one. How would I be able to switch from using Win98 to FC3 and back when my comp is booting up?

The Linux setup process will install a boot loader that will give you a menu to choose whether you want to boot Windows or Linux.
If Win98 is not installed, install it first, so the linux installer can see it and do the hard work for you. Otherwise you will have to learn to edit the config for your boot loader (probably grub).
