Dual Boot

I am trying to dual boot SuSE Linux 7.2 and Windows 2K Server but I am having a bit of a problem. The computer witch they are installed on contains two hard drives. The Primary drive has SuSE installed on it and the Slave has Win 2K Server. Is their a way to have either Linux or Windows perform the dual boot from separate drives with out using OS Commander, BootMagic , or a similar product? Currently I have been switching the BIOS setting to boot to one or another but it is becoming a bit of a pain. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks for your help in advance.

you could use lilo or grub... or even the nt boot loader to dual boot your system... goto www.linuxdoc.org for details on how to set these up..
