Driver to read/write to MS Access DB w/Perl

I'm looking for a driver (ODBC maybe) that I can use with Perl to read/write to an Access DB. What I have to do is write a small script to synchronize our MySQL DB with an Access 97/2000 DB and I would like to use Perl if I can instead of VB.NET's ADO. Any ideas? Thanks ahead of time...

the DBI (database independent interface) of Perl has drivers for ODBC (DBD::ODBC), MySQL (DBD::mysql), etc.
