driver problem

in beta kernel 2.5.56 there is a working ethernet driver for my network card (Sis900 - Realteak). But nvidias graphic drivers isn't supported in this kernel, i have a GeForce 2 MX400.

I tried cp the source files and compile it in Slackware 8.1 with kernel 2.4.18, but that resultet in compiling errors...

Have anyone a soultion for this problem? You see, i want both my network card and graphics card to work..

That's why its a beta kernel, its unstable and for testing, debugging purposes to try and make sable for the next release.. etc.

If you want the latest and greatest stable kernel, download and compile 2.4.20 from
