dreamcast web browser 2.0

everytime i login to my email account. it works for about 5minutes, and then i get amessage saying to configure my browser to accept cookies.

can i do that on my 2.0 browser?

also can i download anything and what/how.

Are you actually referring to using a browser on Dreamcast? If you are you might want to at least put this in the General forum, not the General-Linux forum to not confuse anyone.
Also, sorry but I can't be of help but you might want to check out maybe Sega's homepage on their browser made for the Dreamcast.
