I don't know rox, but I'm going to guess no, because flash is usually handled by a plugin. Also, some of the more complicated flash applications have multiple files, or even need net access to a server to load some data. But you can save most simple flash apps by finding the .swf file you want in the page source or your browser cache.

I am surprised that iceape/firefox does not do the job for us, since Linux is sooo powerful!
There's an extension or two that can help you download .swf and other embedded content such as Download Embedded and Embedded Objects, but I've never used any of them myself so I don't know if or how well they work on the multi-file type of flash applet.
There are certainly a lot of flash video downloaders available in any case.
