does anybody know why i cant use turbo tax online
 
for some reason when i try to use turbo tax online to do my taxes it doesn't work and
on one computer it showed a blank screen after i started and on the other computer the web browser crashed is it not linux compatable or is the browser messed up???

Could be that the webserver is some funny Microsoft product, using a proprietary protocol.
I have the same problem with some websites.
There is nothing you can do about that. Thanks, Bill.
I dunno "Taxes online" though.

I have found in trouble shooting this kind of thing it appears to have something to do with the security settings and cookies. I have seen this occur with Macs and winXPs, The resolution was
1)dump all cookies
2) make sure the browser permitted cookies
2a) and any security settings freed up to some degree
3) make sure your computer has the correct time.
certificates are accepted because they have a time stamp.
So have your PC/MAC/Linux box hit a time clock and get the correct time.
and let the webmaster at the secure site know his server may be down or blocked by someones routr/UBR (universalBroadbandRouter).
