displaying last time you logged on in fedora Core 1

Hi All,

Newbie here, Busy messing around with my fedora installation and just wnna know how you display the last time you logged on everytime you log in - For security reasons.

It used to do this with the root account but it has stopped. I want this to be displayed for all users
