disk quotas

Is it possible to enable quotas on directories? So far I've only got help for partitions.
I running RH9 as a PDC for win2000 users and I would like to implement quotas on the profiles folder (/usr/local/samba/profiles) , where their files are kept. I've read through the RH9 but their examples dont seem to work on my pc.

If this was my fstab what would i need to get it to do what is mentioned above ?

LABEL=/ / ext3 defaults,usrquota,grpquota 1 1

none /dev/pts devpts gid=5,mode=620 0 0

none /proc proc defaults 0 0

none /dev/shm tmpfs defaults 0 0

/dev/hda2 swap swap defaults 0 0

/dev/cdrom /mnt/cdrom udf,iso9660 noauto,owner,kudzu,ro 0 0

/dev/fd0 /mnt/floppy auto noauto,owner,kudzu 0 0

AFAIK, native quota supports only partitions or hard drives, not individual folder or directories.
