Develop Kernel + System using Windows Libraries and Linux Libraries

Its been some time now, that i havent seen the release of linux distribution that supports DG965RY motherboard...

My frustrations, just gave rise to a thought,

Is it possible, that one develop a kernel using windows libraries + Open source libraries, and release it to public for free.

so now even windows developers can contibute to the open source.

Develop a System, such that both windows users and linux users can contribute, and release it as Open Source

sorry if this frustrates you... no such intentions....
;-)

This is very similar to developing a windows application, and distributing it as freeware...

just distribute the source code along....

This System should

1) Allow both Windows and Linux Developers/users to contribute to the System.
2) The System should be able to run, both windows as well as Linux Applications
( These applications should be developed considering the new architecture )
3) Drivers that will be added, should not have any dependency on Linux or Windows
4) Some new File-System Design...

will think and add more points...

Can somebody design something like this... OPEN TO PUBLIC

cant find even one thread that i could answer with a at least some certainty ... might just as well answering this one ...

its depends ...

whether you are rich or very rich ...

generally speaking , if you are very rich and you seems doesnt grow old(judging from photos on magazines) ... it doesnt matter even if you dont own any pc at home ... left alone using linux ...

so , get a proper job and admire the correct guy and aim to be like him or something ...

Hey Alred, i just had an idea...
nothing much..., was just asking, if it was possible to design such a system, where, in ppl from various domains could contribute, to the Opensource community.

A generic OS... which cld be developed irrespective of what OS u r currently using.

I dont why, u take a arogant stance...

Secondly, i agree with pixellany, i have no clue, as to what Alred is trying to say...

it depends ...

on whether there are any money involved , human cant handle money well enough ... even if there arent any money involved ... people could split for no other reason than the differences in hair length ...

probably you can try to have a look at this for a turn to other things(just maybe) ::
