desktop sharing question

Is there anyway to share my linux desktop with a windows machine? i know i've got the linux kde desktop sharing working because i loaded knoppix on my windows comp and was able to connect. But when i try to connect to my linux box with a windows browser through http://(ipaddress):5900 i just get "RFB 003.003" in my browser and my linux box tells me that the client disconnected.

i am running rh9

Use a program like that
That one's commercial, but I know there are free apps for it. Google is your friend there

You could also use a VNC program like:

http://www.realvnc.com/

There are more, but in my opinion realvnc is the best. I use it to help people with their windows computers from my Linux box
